RULES:
Spring 2008 Sweepstakes Rules
1.The grand prize is $400 worth of Custom Imprint Products.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter, complete entry form (please print) above and return between January 1 and July 31, 2008 or hand print your name, address, telephone number, school name and the words: “Custom Imprint Sweepstakes” on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper and mail to Student Supply Sweepstakes, 22610 88th Avenue South, Bay C, Kent, WA 98031. Each entry must be handwritten and mailed separately. All entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2008 and received by Aug. 20, 2008. Random drawing will be held on or about July 31, 2008. Each submitter of a winning entry may be required, as a condition of being a certified winner, to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Compliance and Release certifying eligibility and compliance with these rules and authorizing the use of his/her name, photograph and likeness for advertising and publicity. Prizes not claimed within 14 days after date of mailing notification will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
3. Eligibility: Offer open to U.S. residents only. Void where prohibited by law or regulation. Employees and families of Student Supply Company are excluded from participating in his offer. All submitted entries are subject to verification by an independent certified public accountant whose decision is final on all game matters.
4. No liability is assumed for lost, misdirected or late mail. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned or transferred by winners. Winners are responsible for all taxes in connection with prize, including local, state and federal income tax. Student supply reserves the right to substitute prize of comparable value. Prizes won in the name of minors will be awarded to a parent or guardian.
